Q: How do I order a custom unit?

A: Enjoy the “Build Your Own” option under services. If you have special requests that are not listed, please send your detailed inquiry to merakibyjunique@gmail.com or text (832) 478-8364. Please allow 24-48 business for a response.


Q: What is the turnaround time for a custom wig? 

A: 15-20 business days. Weekends and holidays are NOT included, so please plan ahead.

 

Q: Are your custom units glueless?

A: YES! All of my custom units can be installed with or without adhesive.

 

Q: What happens if my custom unit doesn’t fit?

A: No problem! Send an email to merakibyjunique@gmail.com and you will be contacted within 24 hours to resolve the issue.

 

Q: Do you offer installation services?

A: At this time, I am not offering any installation services. Once your unit is completed, it will be shipped to you and tracking information will be provided via email or sms text 

Q: Do your custom units require professional installation?

A: Not at all…my units come pre-styled and ready to wear straight out of the box. Just cut the lace, adjust the placement, and go. *Extra styling may be necessary due to packaging and transport.

Q: What is your return policy on custom units?

A: Due to the nature of my products, I do not offer refunds on any custom units. Unworn, undamaged, and unaltered units can be exchanged or returned for a store credit. Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value.

 

Q: Are your Meraki Essential products eligible for returns/refunds?

A:  Meraki Essentials products are not eligible for a refund, however they are eligible for exchange of equal to or lesser value as long as the protective seal has not been broken.

 

Q: How will I be refunded for my return?

A: Refunds for returns are issued in the form of store credit that’s applied directly to your account on merakibyjunique.com — but not to original methods of payment, such as PayPal or Credit/Debit cards. 

Q: What happens if I do not receive my unit in the mail? Will you replace it?

A: I am not responsible for the package once it is scanned in the carriers system. All Meraki by J.Unique custom units are insured to protect both the buyer and the seller, so a claim will need to be filed to launch a formal investigation. This process could take approximately 30-60 days.
